Asulon. A safe place. A refuge. A sanctuary.
An Asulon Centre is a safe place for refugees and local communities to come together in mutually beneficial ways.
Asulon Centres welcome refugees in the name of Jesus. Those who come find a warm welcome and friends who care. Their voice is heard. They find meaningful opportunities to serve others.
Asulon Centres create opportunities for integration and break down walls of hostility and isolation.
"I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in … Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.’” -Jesus
